Jackson, MS-based progressive rock band No Sunshine today announces the release of their debut album “Watch the World Fade”.
Watch the World Fade is now available on all major digital distribution outlets, including iTunes, Amazon, and Google Play, along with popular streaming services Spotify, Deezer, and Tidal, beginning in September 2018.
The debut album was released on September 3rd, 2018 after a brutal yearlong recording process at Isometric Studios, along with a video for the first single titled “Fit In” which was filmed by J.B. Lawrence. A second single, along with another video, is currently in the works with an estimated release date of late November.
Formed in 2017, No Sunshine is the brain-child of singer/songwriter Bryan Keith and is the culmination of musical ideas that come from the deepest, and sometimes darkest, recesses of one’s psyche. With a style that expresses the multi-faceted essence of human nature through a layered sound that begs one to look under the surface. Drawing influence from a wide variety of genres, No Sunshine’s sound can most easily be described as progressive rock sprinkled with textures of harmonies and gritty sounding instrument tones.
Currently, the band is starting work on the follow-up album.
“This album is the culmination of a lot of sweat and tears. We had a lot of talented people who contributed to this process and are all very proud of what we achieved,” says singer/songwriter Bryan Keith. “I believe that there is something that everyone can relate to on this album as each song is based on an actual experience that I feel each of us has gone through at some point or another.”
No Sunshine consists of Bryan Keith, lead vocals/bass; Casey Adams, drums; Levi Culpepper, guitar; Blade Hudson, guitar; Terrence Geno, keys, guitar.
